Affordable Communities, Inc. (ACI) purchased Woodside Manor in the beautiful city of Bonney Lake, Washington in October 2018.  Only a 35 minute drive east of SEATAC Airport, this mobilehome park enjoys a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier.  For several years the park has been a long-term park for persons who use late-model RV’s as their personal residence.  No short-term or overnight RV stays are permitted, and there is a waiting list for RV owners seeking to live in this beautiful part of the northwest. The park is full of beautiful late-model RV’s including 5th wheels, motorhomes, and park models. Most spaces in the park measure 40’ wide by 90’ feet long, which are significantly larger than most spaces in manufactured home communities.

ACI will be offering a variety of new manufactured homes for sale to existing residents seeking to expand their living space, and to pre-approved persons on the park waiting list who may wish to place a new manufactured home on their rental space instead of a late model RV.

Woodside Manor is  a perfect location to call home, with only a 10 minute drive from the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, and only a 40 minute drive to either Seattle to the west, or Mt.
