Welcome to Affordable Communities, Inc., an IRS-approved nonprofit housing corporation formed for the purpose of preserving communities as affordable housing for the benefit of low and moderate income persons and families. 

As an IRS-approved tax exempt organization, Affordable Communities, Inc. (ACI) is authorized to do business in all 50 states.  Originally formed in 2001 as Resident Owned Parks, Inc. (ROP), with particular expertise and experience in the preservation and management of manufactured housing communities,  ACI is qualified to own and manage all forms of housing, including senior housing, student housing, housing communities developed to serve the homeless, as well as manufactured housing communities for seniors and families. 

ACI is governed by the same Board of Directors and Officers who have directed the growth of ROP and who are committed to facilitating the acquisition and management of affordable housing communities which share a high standard of maintenance for low and moderate income persons and families desiring a secure and stable community in which to live.
