Diane Priest

Diane Priest is co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of ACI. Ms. Priest has over 25 years of experience as senior property manager, with particular expertise in mobilehome park management. She oversees the hiring and training of all park resident managers, assistant managers, and oversees park management requirements for state and local governments and lenders. She oversees all income certifications for low-income residents of ACI communities, assuring property tax exemptions. As Chief Operating Officer Diane is in charge of the day to day operations of ACI and its affordable housing communities.
